Vesta Coffee Roasters was founded in 2015 by Jerad Jay, who started out roasting tiny batches on a micro drum roaster in his downtown Las Vegas kitchen and was hooked by how good carefully roasted specialty coffee could taste. Today Vesta runs four inclusive cafés across the city, operates its own bakery, sources fresh-crop coffees from farmers around the world and wholesales its beans far beyond Nevada.

This Casino Center Boulevard café in the Arts District is where you can watch the roaster at work beside a bright, busy coffee bar. Expect single-origin espresso, pour-overs, cold brew and organic iced tea, plus a menu that is more than 98% scratch made, from herbed avocado toast to almond croissants and the Vesta breakfast. Open daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it is a must for every coffee lover visiting downtown.
