Urth Caffe calls itself America's first heirloom organic coffeehouse, serving exclusively heirloom organic coffee and fine teas. The Southern California brand has grown from its Los Angeles roots to locations in Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and Laguna Beach, as well as several cafés in Nevada. This Las Vegas outpost sits in the Wynn Plaza on Las Vegas Boulevard, where a bright, elegant dining room with a sweeping mural makes guests feel as if they have stepped into another world.

The menu is huge, covering hearty omelettes, salads, sandwiches and pizzas alongside fresh pastries, cakes and seasonal pies, so it works equally well for breakfast, brunch or lunch.
