Family Dental Health of Flatrock Greenville SC

Family Dental Health began with a small yellow house in Taylors, South Carolina. In 2001, Dr. Bob Osbon welcomed two recent dental school graduates, Dr. Rob Safrit and Dr. Mike Twitchell, into his practice at the corner of Brushy Creek Road and Old Spartanburg Road. As their mentor, he shared years of clinical knowledge, but the lesson that stayed with them most was simple. The patient always comes first.

In 2006, Dr. Osbon handed the practice to Dr. Rob, and Family Dental Health officially began. Word spread, more families came through the door, and before long the little yellow house could no longer hold us.

Today we have grown into a team of dentists and specialists serving patients at multiple locations across South Carolina, including the Greenville area. Our care ranges from preventive cleanings and exams to restorative and cosmetic treatment for children, adults and seniors.

Even as we have grown, the values we learned in that yellow house have not changed. We still take time to listen, explain every option clearly and treat each patient like a neighbor. We are proud to carry this legacy forward for our patients, our team and the communities we serve.

    I’m new to the area and needed to establish a new relationship with a dentist, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff I encountered was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. The facility was also very clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished, which was an added bonus. I’m very happy I chose this office and look forward to continuing my dental care here!

    Changed dentist because I was not happy where I was. Had my first appointment today at Family Dental Health of Flatrock and it went amazing. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Amber was amazing and the Dr.Tolbert made me feel right at home!

    Family Dental Health of Flatrock is second to none. Dr. Tolbert and his team is some of the best in the business. Always nice and there when you need them the most. I will always highly recommend anyone to this great establishment.
