Dig It! Coffee Co. Las Vegas NV

Dig It! Coffee Co. is a social enterprise coffee shop in Downtown Las Vegas with a mission that goes well beyond the cup. The company provides competitive-wage jobs, training and mentorship for adults of all abilities, building a workplace founded on inclusivity, equity and kindness. Its bright pink storefront and colorful, playful interior on City Parkway make it clear from the start that this is not a typical coffee shop.

The baristas serve seriously good locally roasted coffee, from lattes and flavored specials like the caramel cinnamon dolce to a popular coffee flight, along with breakfast burritos, bagel sandwiches, toasts, bowls, smoothies and sweet treats, including vegan options. Guests regularly praise the friendly, attentive staff and the welcoming vibe. Dig It! is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM and Friday until 1:00 PM, and it also offers catering for local events.
