Desert Wind Coffee Roasters was created with a simple mission: the very best coffee possible. Beans from around the world are roasted in small batches right in the shop and served within hours of roasting, so every variety shows its full character in the cup. House blends include the smooth, chocolatey Red Rock Blend, a rich Espresso Blend and the floral Sahara Blend, with a rotating lineup of single origins as well.

The West Sahara Avenue shop is more than a place to grab a cup. Burlap bean sacks line the walls, plants fill every shelf and comfortable seating invites guests to linger while the roaster runs nearby. Visitors praise the friendly owner, relaxing music and drinks like pour-overs, the Eun latte, matcha lattes and dirty Thai tea. It opens at 7:00 AM on weekdays, with slightly later hours on weekends.
